Method to Acquire - You can deploy her starting from Chapter 16.
Damage - It's VERY high, especially because of the Divine Stone(+12) or the Flame Stone(+10) if you have that equipped.
Critical - Once again, very high. With the Divine Stone, she has +12 skill and with the Flame Stone, she has +10 skill.
Speed - Unfortunately, neither the Divine Stone nor the Flame Stone gives her any speed increase so she's likely to be hit twice from the moment you get her. However, her speed will go up pretty quickly, and NOTHING can take two hits from the Divine Stone OR the Flame Stone when she's level 20.
Dodge - Poor Fa gets no Speed or Luck increases from either of the stones she can equip. Sadly, this makes her dodge very low to start. However, she doesn't really need it because she has a +20 resistence and a +15 defense with the Divine Stone and +20 defense and +5 resistence with the Flame Stone. Later on, she ALSO has a high dodge.

Rating - 10/10. She's easily the most powerful unit in all of the GBA Fire Emblems, excluding the ultra cheap Mamkute in FE8, with her stat increasing Divine Stone. She's better then Athos and she comes earlier.
