Method to Acquire - By the end of Chapter 16x or Chapter 16 if Douglas dies, your Nomads/Nomadic Troopers have to be higher on levels then your Pegasus Knights/FalcoKnights. Then, speak to him with Roy on Chapter 20.
Damage - It's terrible. He starts with the same strength as Zeiss does as a level 7 Dragon Rider without a Hard Mode bonus.
Critical - Once again, VERY bad. He ends with less skill then Niime has to start.
Speed - His only good stat is speed. He starts with 20, which is good when compared to the rest of his stats.
Dodge - His dodge is not that bad. It will start at 52 and if he has the weapon advantage or is hiding in a forest, he will most definetely dodge an enemy attack.

Rating - 5/10. He's a really bad unit. If your Nomads/Nomadic Troopers are higher on levels then your Pegasus Knights, then you obviously trained them and there is no reason to use this piece of junk. He's not even that good on the Chapter you get him.
