Method to Acquire: On Chapter 4, take Roy to the top half of the map near the village. Clarine pops up after a few turns and then rides off in that direction. Have Roy talk to her to recruit her.
Damage: It's only pretty good on most units and it's a one-hit kill on Dragon Riders.
Speed: Thankfully, her speed is high allowing you to hit almost any enemy twice.
Critical: She gets some decent critical boosts out of her supports and equipped with Thunder, her critical rate should at least be around 20.
Dodge - She averages a dodge of 80 as a level 20 Valkyrie, which is more then enough without supports, weapon advantage, or terrain bonus.

Rating: 8.65/10 - She's the better of the two Valkyries you get, and she also is used to recruit both Rutger and Klein. Valkyries are probably the best choice to take out Dragon Riders and Dragon Lords due to their high movement and their ability to equip Aircalibur.
