Method to Acquire: You start with him on Chapter 3.
Damage: His damage is excellent, especially for a thief. Also, he will almost always be hitting twice. Early on in the game, he will deal more damage then Alan because he attacks twice.
Speed: Run, run, run, as fast as you can, you can't catch Chad, he's the ultra-speedy man! He does go fast.
Dodge: His dodge becomes very good, as all thieves have high speed and luck. This is why I recommend Arena Abusing him, but you can also get his levels through battling.
Critical: It's pretty good, especially with a Critical increasing weapon. However, you really should be saving those for someone else.

Rating: 8.78/10. His gains are exceptional for a thief and you need a thief to unlock chests and doors as well as to get the Flame Stone using the Berserk staff glitch.
