The ratio of incidents is approximately one third: - Fire - Motor Vehicle - Special Service In Kaikohe the Brigade work with Police, St Johns, Search and Rescue to ensure a quality service to our community. I remain passionate about my involvement with the Kakohe Volunteer Fire Brigade, even if I don't live currently live there.. Bit of a BUGGA really. |

| I was a volunteer fire fighter with the NZ Fire Service from August 1998 to October 2004 as a member of the Kaikohe Volunteer Brigade on Clifford Street. I have left the service when I moved to Wellington for work. There are no volunteer brigades in central Wellington where I currently live and work.. Kaikohe is a 26 Member Brigade and has three pumps on station. |
