| My Dad and I participated in the 19th Annual Saluda Classic Car Show on August 10, 2002. I took home a second place trophy and my dad took home a first place trophy.  |

This show is a long show, and it was a very hot day. It lasted from 9 a.m. in the morning until 4 p.m. in the afternoon. So, we had plenty of time to clean up our cars from the drive up there before the judges came around.  |
My Uncle Art has a 66 GTO that he has restores and puts in shows. This year I will be going with him to a lot of Pontiac shows and competing with other Firebirds and pontiacs instead of these smaller shows, where I end up competing with trucks of PT Cruisers. |

At the end of this long show it was worth it, and I had fun, but I always do!
