What you should know about Betty!
Betty is an English teacher currently on Sabbatical. After teaching for twenty-two years, she needed one! Betty has 2 teenage sons, and through them was an active baseball and basketball scorekeeper and team mom. All this prepared her to live through Huricane Hugo because even Hugo couldn't get the better of her. Betty is a true Southerner and one of her many talents is cooking. According to her roommate and the kids, her homemade biscuits are to die for while her purlough runs a close second. They say that they have yet to eat anything she's made that wasn't Yummy!! Among Betty's other skills are writing poetry, baking sweets, mediating arguments, cross stitch, interior decorating, and organizing. She's recently learned how to make beaded jewellry and will be co-operator of the up and coming ROSE AND DRAGON CREATIONS.
What you should know about Carolyn!
Carolyn is a dedicated single mother to two small boys, Betty's best friend and Alpha to Freckles, the family beagle. She is a talented writer who is committed to helping others through her works. She is constantly improving her writing skills through research and practice. Carolyn is the owner of a mailing list, Dragon's Quill And Ink, which is made up of other talented writers and also co-owner of a role-playing mailing list called Dragons' Castle. Carolyn has shown great strength of character, devotion to friends and family and great courage in the face of adversity, especially in the past year (2000-2001). She has been, and continues to be, an inspiration to all of us! Carolyn is also the founder and co-owner of the up and coming ROSE AND DRAGON CREATIONS.
