Senior Information

Deadline for pictures: OCT. 5

Can I turn in my picture after the 5th? In general, no. The plant we work with establishes a printing schedule. Because this section is in color, senior pictures must be sent in first. We are required to place all pictures in alphabetical order, check names and type up and double check senior stats.

I missed the August pictures - what should I do? Senior make-ups will be on September 26. You will need to obtain a pass from your grade level secretary. Information about packages can be gotten from Lifetouch pictures. Only those who missed pictures, or those who turn in prints for retakes will be allowed. No group shots will be allowed.

I don't want pictures from Lifetouch. Lifetouch is the company Stafford County Public School uses, but we also accept pictures from outside sources. In past years, popular photographers have been Bill Butram and Glen Graves. Both are aware of yearbook requirements. These requirements are listed below.

When can I buy a yearbook? Right now - go to the main page and download the order form! You can also wait until October for the in school sales. Please note - the packages are only available through the end of November. This includes name stamps and the class of 2001 stamp.

Picture requirements
  • The finished print must be in full color on glossy surface (F-surface)
  • Girls must wear dark colored drapes. Boys must wear black tuxedos or dark suits and ties.
  • The image must be EXACTLY 1 & 5/8 inches by 2 & 3/16 inches without white margins.
  • The head size (top of hair to bottom of chin) must be 1 & 1/16 inches.
  • The background must be old master bluish gray.
