Our mission is to promote Finnish culture, customs, and traditions as well as the knowledge of Finland, its history and language. Our society will bring together the Finns of the Delaware Valley, Americans of Finnish ancestry and friends of Finland. To spread the "Suomi spirit", we will organize functions and events for our membership. We will also act as a representative of the local Finnish community by hosting visitors from abroad and other parts of the U.S.A. We will also act as a link between the local community and visiting students, entertainers, artists and others. |
