“Well Said”

 

My words are useless in expressing how I feel

If I can even manage to get a word out of my mouth

I am standing in awe of you Lord Jesus

What can I say that is worthy of your name

I can’t express my love for you in words

And my thanks will never be enough to account

For the countless things you have given me

And the miracles you work in my everyday life

Wanting anything more from you would be selfish

My life is complete because of the hope I have

That one day I will begin a life that never ends

Ignoring the troubles that this world throws at me

Because you gave your life to overcome the world

I take comfort in the freedom you give me

And smile because of the hope I have in you

Search my heart to know how I truly feel

Because the words do not exist to express it

 

In my heart you will find a love that is patient and kind

Giving you the glory you deserve; glory that I can’t fathom with my simple mind

A love that always protects and always trusts with a hope that will never fade

Combine to help me give you glory for everything you have made

Please accept the room I have created in my heart for you to live

And radiate through me your life that you were so willing to give
