“Perfect”

 

You hear it among many Christians, God is good, all the time!!!

I say it proud and believe its true, my Heavenly Father is my perfect rhyme.

He gave his son to lead the way and to cleanse the world from sin and grime.

 

When I walked without the Lord everything I did was a chore,

But I thank God for His grace and His choice to open the door.

He invited me into His kingdom and showed me the gifts He had in store.

 

Now I have no doubt that I need Jesus who fulfills my needs from day to day.

I rely on the Lord who gave me life and leads me in His own perfect way.

I see the beauty of all things in this world; the potter perfectly molded all of the clay.

 

Perfect is a word that still falls short of the Glory our God deserves from His creation.

He is our Lord, our Creator our Savior, our Rock, our Light and our Foundation.

 

He is perfect and perfect is He!!!

In all of His power and His Glory!!!
