When things aren’t going the way they should

Don’t be down because you can’t seem to win

It is not a struggle you are going through

It is only a lesson taught by our great teacher

 

Jesus puts you in trials to make you stronger

To prepare you for a place of perfection

In this world you will have trouble

But when you go to the Lord it will vanish

 

Just wait it out and continue to grow

You don’t belong to this silly world

You belong to something so much more

An eternal life without struggle

 

Life is a road that winds and zags

Your struggles do not determine your fate

Just call out for the mercy of Jesus

And relax knowing you will win the war
