Oh Lord, what have I done?

I can’t believe I let this happen

I’ve turned away and made myself blind

To the truth I had in you

 

You gave your all to me

And in return I ran and hid

Maybe one of these days I’ll

Show more thanks for what you did

 

I think of you on that cross

And I feel the nails in my wrists

And I think to myself, why

Would you go through this for me?

 

Finally I realize that your love for me

Is greater than I can imagine and that no matter

How many times I fall backward, you are

Always there to break my fall.
