You can’t be serious; you would do that for me?

Completely ignoring all of your love and compassion
You will die on a cross to give me comfort and peace
Nothing can compare to such a sweet release
You have it in your heart to give me the chance to renew
The life my Father gave me that I broke in two
Your death would put back the pieces of my heart
And it would be as though I was given a fresh start
Thank you for this offer, I can’t pass this up
As Our Father wills it, please Lord, fill my cup
In your death, you will overcome the world as we know
Giving your life to save mine from being cast below

Sharing Our Father’s glory through complete unity
Eternal life is the answer I have been waiting for
