Mc Hugh Receives B&S Supporters Club
Player of the Year
The Ballybofey and Stranorlar awarded their player of the year award to Kevin Mc Hugh. The Killea man has been the key man so many times in his career at Harps and this season has been no exception. In excess of 20 goals this year again, Kevin recently netted his 100th goal for the club and continues to make his mark on the eircom League. I think you will all agree that Kevin Mc Hugh is a deserving winner of this award. All the players this year could have been given player of the year but when push came to shove it was Mc Hugh who delivered the goods and congratulations to Kevin on recieving this award.

Also, the B&S Supporter's Club presented their young player of the year award. The recipient was none other than Letterkenny man Michael Funston. In his first season in a Harps shirt, Funston has excelled in his role alongside Anthony Gorman in the midfield and weighed in with a couple of goals along the way. A player with huge potential, Michael surpassed all expectations with his performances this season- not fazed by the big stage, the former Bonagee man looked as if he'd been playing for years. Again, well done to Michael on recieving his award.
