Day 2 - Part 11

Her breasts heaved as she looked down on him and smiled.
-You're good, you know?
Kevin stood up and kissed her so she could taste her own aromas on his lips.
-I have an idea, he grinned, looking boyish and wild as Pie had cluttered his hair.
-I thought you did, she said and kissed him once more. Kevin leaned back a little and looked her into eyes.
-So this is part where we take our separate roads and if we meet we just smile for each other across the room mysteriously?
-Oh?
Pie let her hands slide lower from the shoulders.
-Did you really think that? she asked when she reached his belt and started to open it.
-Umm Yeah.
-Do you still think that?
-Umm I guess not.
Pie kneed in front of him and unzipped his trousers.
-I guessed that too, she said and put her hands on his balls. And this time it was Kevin's turn to hug the tree.

Nick stood up as Be-Bob walked in. That huge black man had scanned the room with one look and had pretty good idea of the situation.
-So what's the problem? She didn't like your suggestions?
-Do you know who she is? Nick asked with low voice.
-Oh man, you're an idiot, Be-Bob said and went to the girl.
-OK, Cara, let's go. Are you OK?
But she just kept crying and repeating some irrelevant words.
-What did you gave to him? Be-Bob turned to Nick.
-Me? I didn't give him anything.
-Don't you see? She's all wasted. Come on girl, tell me what you took. Tell Bob what you've been taking. Ecstasy? Acid? What?
-I don't know, Cara managed to stammer.
-Who gave it to you? Nick?
-Oh no no. It was Peach and Oh my God, they're dead. They're really dead.
-Who? Your friends? No they're not. They're probably partying hard somewhere. How did you get in anyway?
She was crying and looking at Be-Bob with lost look in her eyes.
-They're gone.
She started to shake and Be-Bob slapped her face. Nick was backing up closer to the wall.
-Now listen to Bob. You've got to get yourself together. I'll take you home. But I can't carry you in front of those people. You have to get yourself together, girl. All right? Do you think you can walk down and out? It's not far, I have a car waiting there. OK, so stand up. Yeah, let's clean your face a little. Now walk by me. Yeah, doing well. Here we go. Now we go away from this room to the hall. And then we'll go down the stairs. Don't be afraid. I wont let you fall.
-Who is she? Nick tried to ask when Be-Bob led hysterical Cara by the hand to the door but he wouldn't answer, just gave Nick murdering look leaving him standing worried.

Pie was lying on the grass. Kevin's hand made circles around her navel. From the distance you could hear people shouting at the pool. But around them was an intimate circle like around every couple that had just had amazing sex.
-Would you already tell me who you are? Kevin asked with weary voice. Pie rolled to kiss him and rose in silence.
-Will I meet you again?
Pie stopped dressing. -Would you like to?
-I don't know.
Pie sneered. -Not until you know.
-Would you like to meet me again?
-It's all up to you.
Pie had got her dress on again. It was little wrinkled and she tried to shake down grass from it. She bowed to take her purse and quickly slipped something in it. Kevin had also got up and was buttoning his shirt.
-It's all up to me, ha?
-Yes.
Pie stood there looking even sexier than before. Kevin didn't know how to handle the fact that knowing she wasn't wearing anything under the dress made him wanting her more.
-You should probably fix your hair a little before going in, he said. Pie touched her hair vaguely.
-I'm not going in anymore.
-What? Party is just about to start. It's not even midnight yet.
-I got all what I came here for.
-So you came here for me?
-Maybe.
She looks at him and slides a tongue over her teeth.
-Happy New Year, she wished to him, revolved and walked away. Kevin looked after her.
-Hey! he yelled. She turned around. Light came behind her so Kevin couldn't see her hopeful face.
-Happy New Year to you too! Beauty.
She held on for a second, then waved her hand and started to retreat from him.
Suddenly Kevin remembered that his pants were still in his ankles. He bent over to lift them and when he got up, she had disappeared to the darkening night.

Room is now completely dark. She sits up and unnoticed wipes the tears off.
-What time is it? she asks. Her voice is husky, because of talking and tears.
-It's little past 9, I say.
-We've had a long day, haven't we?
-Yeah.
-You must be tired now. I'll leave you. I'll come over tomorrow. What time would be convenient?
-Same as today would be fine.
I am astonished because of the formal expressions she uses. But then I think that must be her way to cover herself.
-So I'll see you in the morning. Good night.
She closes the door. I sit in the dark for a long time.
