| MEETING WARD BURTON (MAY 13, 2004) | ||||||||||

| We heard on the radio the weekend of the race at RIR that Ward Burton was going to be at the local SeaRay shop. So of course we went up there. I walked up to him and started a conversation, just to hear him talk with that accent of his - it sounds neat in person. He is very nice. Some of the things I talked about with him were about this website, and I wished him good luck for the upcoming race. He displayed a sense of humor - his answer was: "thanks I need it!" | ||||||||||
