| Seeing as Athena had closed i was looking for a deck sponsor and Doug from Imperial decided to open up a deck company. Making wood, metal, and plexiglass decks. This deck has my graphic as well, thanks to Doug for making such a kickass graphic for me. First impression(s): Had my doubts, only that it looked mellow. But as i said in the Madness review. Looks can be decieving. Although this deck was the lightest deck i have ever held/seen. Final impressions: This is definetly one of my favorites. Right up there with my Empire. Doug did a very good job of sanding the plies. Nothing was unever or rough. The graphic turned out super sick also. I was boosting frontside flips with this deck the second i placed my fingers on it. Remarkably light and just a bit wider than a TD, it makes for amazing board control. |
