| 50-50 Grind 1. Ride parallel to the obstacle you're going to grind. 2. Ollie and move your hand over the top, landing with both trucks grinding across. It will look like you are riding. 3. Ollie to come off, or if you come to the end, just put a bit of pressure on the tail. |
| 5-0 Grind 1. Ride parallel to the object you're going to grind. 2. Ollie and keep your hand tilted back a bit. 3. Land with the only the back truck grinding, the front truck balanced in the air. 4. Just pop off when you're ready, or put a little pressure on the tail when you get to the end of the object to land. 5. This is one of the easiest grinds, but a little speed helps stick the board to your fingers in the air. |
| Nosegrind 1. Ride parallel to object you're going to grind. 2. Getin ollie position, with your index finger a little closer to the nose than usual. 3. Ollie and smack the front truck down, without the back truck or nose touching. 4. Ride it through. 5. To come off, just pop a little nollie. If you come to the end beforeyou need to pop out, just push on the nose a little bit the second before you come off. |

| Boardslide 1. Ride parallel to the object or ledge. (If you're one of those people who doesn't believe that boardslides can be done on ledges, watch some Jason Adams videos.) 2. Pop an ollie and turn 90 degrees, put the front wheels over the obstacle, and land on the middle of the board. 3. Slide across and then turn 90 degrees after you land, coming off regular or fakie. |
| Frontside Lipslide 1. Ride next to the rail or ledge, at a little bit of an angle. 2. Pop a pretty high ollie and move your hand over the object, turning frontside. Put your back wheels over it. 3. Land with the board sliding boardslide style. 4. Turn 90 degrees coming off, landing regular or fakie. |
| Frontside Noseslide 1. Ride parallel to the obstacle. 2. Ollie and immediately extend your index finger, putting it right on top of the obstacle. Tuck your middle finger. 3. To come off just untwist your fingers. For a challenge, come out fakie. |
