This case was unique in the sense that it was a haunting of not a house, but an entire neighborhood. There had been over a dozen confirmed reports of the ghost peeping and spying on residents while they used the bathroom. Other phenomena included the sound of a marching band, missing toilet paper, and toilets clogged with a mixture of tissue paper and ectoplasm. Wayne had a brilliant idea that ended the haunting. "We exhumed the remains of the suspected spirit and put a bundle of Voyeur Monthly magazine in his coffin and reburied him." Miraculously, the manifestations stopped.
