I require payment of half the price of the artwork before I begin each work, and half before delivery. I will take digital photographs of each commissioned artwork during progress and after completion of the work to email to you for your approval. My preferred reference is actual photographs from a 35 mm or other film camera that I can hold in my hands. Digital photographs sent through a computer often aren't acurate representations of color or light, and are difficult to work from. For the best results in photographing animals, take photographs on a slightly overcast day using filtered flash. Take plenty of photographs because I may work from several at once. I will gladly customize watercolor pet portraits. If you, or your pet has a favorite toy, bed, or blanket, send photos of those too, or take photos of the pet with the favorite objects. Likewise with airplane portraits, if you have landscape photographs, or sky photographs you'd like used as background and environment, send them along with several photographs of the airplane. I also have a collection of various landscape and sunset photgraphs for collaberations, if you need help deciding.
