Pat Duham has been with Compass Point Real Estate since 2003 and specializes in residential home and land sales. In 1987, Pat, her husband Gregory and son Stow relocated from Gloucester to Castine, Maine. In 1988 their daughter Abby was born and both children had the opportunity to grow up in a small, safe and welcoming community that seems so unique to Maine. After arriving in Castine, she and her husband founded and ran a successful art gallery for 15 years before she decided to join the Compass Point Real Estate team. Her experience, contacts and local knowledge allow her to share the many advantages of this area with anyone considering purchasing or listing a year round residence, vacation home, land or business opportunity here on the beautiful coast of Maine.
Pat Dunham has served as chairman of Friends of Witherle Memorial Library, volunteers her time at the George Stevens Academy Library, helps both libraries repair damaged books, was past chair of the Castine Unitarian Universalist Church board and is currently chairman of the Castine Arts Association, Visual Arts Committee.
