Weekly Status Report for 6th July 2001

The project is moving ahead well at the moment. Milosevic is being tried in court at the moment, which is taking away attention from what really happened in the Balkans, and what is happening now. Unfortunately, he is not being co-operative at the moment, and does pose a minor threat to our plans. Fortunately for us, no one would believe anything he says as our media empire has portrayed him as the bad guy and our NATO forces as the good guys, and the world believes what we want them to. We need to move along our plans to destabilise Eastern Europe to get the resources that we require for the next building phase of Alternative 3. More peacekeeping troops are required in that region to keep the general populace and the new crews away from the mining operations.
Africa is still in great turmoil, which is according to the plan. The latest news is that Zimbabwe is running out of food, which we expected after organising the rebellion against the white rulers earlier this year. This, and the instability of the governments in Central Africa, is succeeding in keeping the West away, allowing the construction of the Draconian settlement to continue apace. Completion is still on schedule for January 2002. The launch facilities there are now completed and are in final testing. They are on schedule to go live on September 15th. The addition of this facility will make it much easier to transport materials to the staging area in the Oceanus Procellarum base.
In America, we've just had one of our members appointed as head of the FBI, which allows us to continue to work with impunity there. Our American friends are still pushing for unification of the American continents into one free trade zone. From that, it should be a fairly simple step to unite them all as we have united Europe and push forwards to having one president over the whole of the Americas. There is still opposition in some of the smaller countries, but we are working on destabilising them, and shall be creating a few "natural" disasters in those areas to encourage them to join with the rest. Tensions are still high between America and the Asian continent. We must continue to keep these levels up as we may have need of a war shortly to boost the American economy and to bring the technology producing Asian countries back in line. However, this will not be necessary if our plans for the stock market continue doing as well.
The technological stocks are still tumbling and the companies are shedding staff rapidly. This is working very well in keeping the populace under control. Workers are now too busy working hard to keep their job to worry about what is happening in the world around them. We will release some more alien technology early next year into the world that will pick these companies up again so we can repeat the cycle once more.
The spread of computers and digital television has reached at least 50% of the western world now. Our technology for manipulating and controlling viewers is in place at the moment, and has been incorporated into 85% of all broadcasting units and Internet Service Providers. We are pushing for laws for the monitoring and retention of Internet traffic to allow us to install more control equipment and to use data gathered against those who try to oppose us. With this installed, we will be able to monitor all forms of electronic communication and be in a much better position to execute our plans. Programming on all networks is continuing to be watered down, and made increasingly inane, helping to disrupt the children, and stimulate them to unruliness, and unwillingness to learn. The quiz shows we have introduced have helped to increase the populace's greed for money and take their focus away from spirituality.
The technology we received from the Draconians is being put to good use in mechanizing computer users. With the emissions from monitors and LCD panels, we are able to drain their will and intellect, and effectively make them into zombies. We are now able to program people via their computer without their knowledge. This is going to prove very useful in creating more sleepers, and more instability in a section of the populace who are normally much harder for us control. Currently, the only technology to stop this is fringe science that the majority of people do not believe anyway. Our debunkers will continue to spread scepticism about its effectiveness to prevent its use.
Echelon is now too well known and is no longer suitable for our purposes. We are handing control of it over to the national security agencies and shall complete the move to Stratum by the end of 2001. The computers monitoring all these communications are being replaced during the Stratum project with Draconian technology. These alien machines are far more powerful than commercial technology and are capable of breaking 2048 bit encryption in less than an hour. We should encourage e-commerce providers to use higher encryption now, as we no longer have the problem breaking it. Also, if the stronger encryption is used, then the use of the Internet will be considered safer, allowing more people to be dealt with and monitored via computer.
The web across the United States has worked well in stopping the population from communicating with their higher selves and the higher beings. It has helped to increase their focus on materialism and their struggle with each other for power. We are looking at extending this web across the rest of the western world, in the form of the missile shield that is being proposed by America, but are currently receiving opposition against it. We are receiving some opposition from various countries, but have authorised the president to push harder and use the leverage we have supplied him to get the other countries to bend to our will.
