Weekly Status Report for 13th July 2001

You will all be pleased to know that the Reticulan manipulation ray construction on the moon base has been completed and our colleagues have been testing it for the last 3 weeks. It appears the rays take two or three days before they start to affect people, but over those days the aggression levels rise in the targets causing abnormal behaviour, anger, frustration, and hatred, which leads to great tension between the differences in people, and ultimately to fighting, rioting, and looting. Our test sites in the north of England and Jamaica have proven immensely successful, and so far, no one suspects a thing is wrong. We will be testing it on China and some American states in the next few weeks.
We instructed NASA to cancel the launch of the space shuttle Atlantis on Thursday as we had some unexpected visitors from the Orion system. The officials gave a plausible excuse of possible security risks, and after the Challenger accident in the 1980's and the Oklahoma City bombing, the Americans are very security conscious. There is no suspicion from any parties as we have disseminated a story regarding Bin Laden threatening US targets with terrorist attacks. The Orion visitors should be settled at the moon station by the end of Friday at the latest, when we will permit the shuttle to prepare for take off once more.
The Lightworkers of the world are putting up some resistance to our plans. We have increased the power to the US net to prevent them from elevating themselves any higher. A few may break through, but we will deal with them. We have planted fourth dimensional implants on those Lightworkers in the rest of the world, which should prevent them from providing any effective form of resistance. They are learning to remove these implants using spiritual means, but currently we are able to replace the implants faster than they can be removed. Our plans to increase the coverage of the net to Europe are proceeding slower than planned due to continued resistance from the population. We are confident that it will be in place before the end of 2Q02, slightly later than previously planned.
