Sunshine and shadows,
Dwell within my soul,
When the light blinks out,
That will leave a deep dark hole.
What keeps the Sunshine burning,
Is someone I hold dear,
But in the long quiet night,
I feel the darkness drawing near.
I want the Sunshine back again,
To warm my heart and soul,
She�s the only one that can do this,
She�s the one to make me whole.
I�ll keep the love light burning,
With yellow roses near,
They will not conquer or defeat me,
I�ll chase away my fear.
Even if it takes forever,
Her light will always shine bright,
Even in the deepest dark,
She will watch over me at night.
