Here is the standard game map. Please excuse its sorry state: It is a photocopy of a photocopy from 1992, which has been scanned then coloured. To use it, right click on the image and save the image to your computer. Open it up in windows picture viewer and choose the zoom in tool, you will then be able to scroll around the map and see more details.
I will reproduce the map some day, but this takes artistic talent and time.
