ok this is why i like ffx...
it does have a few problems like americanization eg. they gave it a plot
but hey who needs a plot as long as there are 200 colectable monsters to fight
its all about the plot
the rich detail with which ffx was done was superb in the plot and the graphics
also you cannot be told the plot or watch this, you must play it spending a month or so on it and letting the charecters develop--and whatever you do dont bitch about how it isnt like the previous ff-- it is a unique game
even the grass sways and in sunset the whole horizon glows like its on fire
and you see the plot from all the guardians veiws
like auron knows about the journey cause he did it before
and wakka is just stupid who believes that yevon is right. full stop.
rikku who is al bhed and who opposes the teachings
you get a storyline from each major character with about 30 of em... yeah, very cool
you get a matrix kind of feel
with tidus as --spoiler ahead-- the whole world was a dream and nothing is real
and your whole life was a lie then you get washed up somewhere and you almost get killed
then you learn more and more as you go along
and everything falls into place
and the whole story seems different the second time you play
but some of the problems are the endless training and the roads that are riddled with monsters
and never end
and the cloister of trials (seriously?!, put a puzzle in there once the story gets
interesting)
what were they thinking?
so if your one of those die hard shoot-em-up fans
sorry this has a plot line dont buy it
but if you like great graphics and super plots
buy this game
i spent 3 months on it but 80 hours of actuall gameplay
(i died alot and forgot to save alot)
but its worth it
so i say buy it
it is a must have!
and when you play make sure you dont miss the special item in bevelle temple cause you cant get back in
