Aswath Damodaran teaches Corporate Finance and Equity Valuation at the Stern Business School at New York University. He is the author of such books as Damodaran on Valuation, Applied Corporate Finance and Corporate Finance: Theory and Practice. Prof. Damodaran studied accounting at Madras University and holds a M.S. management from the Indian Institute of Management. Professor Damodaran also holds a Ph.D. Finance and MBA from UCLA. 1
