Summary: Daredevil was one of the books moved to the new Marvel Knights imprint in late 1998.
Originally it was not going to be relaunched to #1, but they decided to anyway.
Kevin Smith wrote the first 8 issues and Joe Quesada, now Editor-In-Chief of Marvel drew them.
Quesada even put a small #381 under his signature to show the original numbering and
when he became Editor-In-Chief, he had all long-running relaunched series to feature the dual-numbering.
