Found - You can draw Siren from Elvoret in the boss fight on top of the Dollet Communications Tower. (You can also traw Siren from Tri-Point in Ultemecia's Castle. You can either obtain Siren in both Disks 1 & 4.
Description -A sea of purple water appears over the battle field with a large protruding rock right in the middle. Light rays surround the water as Siren spreads her wings from on top of the rock. She starts playing her harp which sends sound waves towards the enemies which causes them to become silent. |
