Found - Access Squall's study panel from his desk in the classroom at Balamb Garden. Click on Tutorial and you'll get Quezacotl and Shiva . This is in the Beggining of Disk 1.
Description - A huge bolt of lightning comes from the clouds and smashes into the ground. Quezacotl then emerges from this bolt and blasts the enemy party with huge amounts of energy.It comes in handy when fighting machines, like the X-ATM092 near the end of disc 4. |
