Found - To the east of the Centra Ruins you'll find Cactuar Island. It's a very small island covered with sand. In the desert sands you'll see a small green creature that will appear and then vanish. This creature is the Jumbo Cactuar. Walk up to it and you'll get into a fight.
Description -Jumbo Cactuar is the second most powerful GF in FF8. The Cactuar leaps into the air and shoots a ton of needles towards the enemy party. This attack causes 1,000 points of damage for every 10 levels. At level 100 Cactuar will be dealing 10,000 points of damage. |
