It doesn't show up on the map, so you'll have to look around a bit. You can only enter this place once you obtain Ragnarok in Disc 3. Bahamut will ask you three questions and to fight him you have to answer as follows: 1. "It's not our will to fight" 2. "Never" 3. Choose the third option which is hidden under "None of your business" Becareful though because some of these answers are invisable.
