Saiyans
Saiyans are a warrior race, who love the thrill of battle. Saiyans are usually arrogant and extremely confident in their fighting ability. Saiyans aren't as in tune with their ki as any other race. However, saiyans battle hard. If a saiyan survives a battle with 1/4 or less of their PL, their stats increase dramatically after recovery.
Special Abilities-
1.Stats increase by x1.2 if the Saiyan survives a battle with 1/4 of PL or less.

Humans
Humans are a balanced race. There is no general personality for all humans, making them a very diverse race. Most humans are weak except for a select few. Humans are more in tune with their ki than the Saiyans, which makes it easier for them to develop their ki faster. They have more emotions than any other race, which can be a great ally for them and devasting for opponents.
Special Abilities-
1.An extra 250 points added to PL after each training session.
2.Enraged- When the Human is angered (lose of a friend or something along those lines) in battle, their attacks (Either physical or Ki blast) increases by x1.3 for one turn. This can only happen once per battle.

Saiyan/Human Hybrids
Half Saiyans/Humans are the offspring of a saiyan and human parent. They possess the strengths of both races and can be a real threat to any opponent. Half Saiyans/Humans tend to have the personality of humans, but still can't fight the sensation a battle gives them.
Special Abilities-
1.An extra 150 points added to PL after each training session.
2.Stats increase by x1.1 if the Saiyan/Human survives a battle with 1/4 PL or less.
3.Enraged- When the Saiyan/Human is angered (lose of a friend or something along those lines) in battle, their attacks (Either physical or Ki blast) increases by x1.2 for one turn. This can only happen once per battle.
4.Transformations Possible- Unlock Potential, SSJ, USSJ, SSJ2 and Mystic

Namekians
The nameks are a peaceful race, who put peace above all else. They are also asexual, so you'll never see a female namek. They're more in tune with their ki than any other race, causing their ki to develop faster than other races. Names are extremely wise and intelligent, often coming up with the best battle strategies in the universe.
Special Abilities-
1.An extra 500 points added to PL after each training session.

Androids
Androids are unlike any race. Androids such as #17, #18, and #20 (Dr. Gero) were once human, but modified by Dr. Gero. Other androids like #16 are living machines, with the exception of Cell, who's more oraganic than the others. Android powerlevels can't be sensed which makes it hard to determine their strength (except for Cell). One thing they all have in common though: They were all created by Dr. Gero to destroy Goku.
Special Abilities-
1.Powerlevels can not be sensed.
2.Starting PL of 510,000. Starting Str of 10,000. Starting Spd of 1300

Demons
Demons are a powerful race that probaly enjoy battle even more than saiyans. All demons are ruthless, cunning, and cold-hearted. Their strength is immense and seems limitless. Their skin is hardened from all their years in Hell. They are as much in tune with their ki as the saiyans, but outmatch them in strength.
Special Abilites-
1.An extra 500 points added to Str after each training session.
2.Can block physical attacks with no damage done to them.
