1.All 7 Dragonballs must be gathered in one spot.
2.The Words "Come Out Shenron!", Must Be Siad for the Dragon to appear
3.Only 1 wish can be granted at a time, however, multiple people can be revived with 1 wish
4.The Wish Cannot Bring back Someone if they died of Natural Causes.
5.No one can be revived 2 times
6.The DragonBalls Will turn to Stone after the wish is granted.
7.If the creator of the dragonballs die wothout a hier the balls will become useless
Namekian Dragon Balls
1.All 7 Dragonballs must be gathered in one spot.
2.The Namekian Words, "Takkaraputo Popporunga Pupirittobaro",Must be said to summon Porunga.
3.Three wishes Can be granted at a one time.
4.A person can be wished back multiple times.
5.The Dragonballs Will Turn to Stone after all 3 wishes are granted.
6.After 130 days after all the wishes are made the dragonballs will become active again
7.If Guru Dies without a hier, the dragonballs will become worthless.
Dende's Dragon balls
1.All 7 Dragonballs must be gathered in one spot.

3.2 wishes can be granted at a time.
4.Only 1 wish can be granted at a time, however, multiple people can be revived with 1 wish.
5.A person can be revived 1 time
6.After the wishes are granted the dragonballs will turn to stone and scatter across the world
7.1 year after the wishes have been used they will become active again.
