Becoming a Staff Member

Before you apply to become a staff member you have to read the rules. The below rules are to be accepted by any potential or current staff members. They are to be taken seriously.

Attitude-
The staff are supposed to act in a professional manner. They are free to act silly, but have to know when to stop. They should respect the rights of all staff members.

Handing In Information-
As a staff member you are required to submit 2 things per month. You must submit work to the Associate of your department who will pass it on to the Webmaster. The only person who knows the account passwords and who can post work on the site is the Webmaster.

Ownership-
When you submit information to the site, it becomes property of this site. If you quit or are fired the work will stay on the site.

Salary-
You will not get paid. You, as a staff memebr, must understand that all work for this site is voluntary.

Firing and Hiring-
All firing and hiring businesses will be made by the Webmaster. You might be fired if you do not follow the rules. Complaints about behavior should be made directly to the Webmaster who will take further action if necessary.

Owning Or Working With Another Site-
If you are working on another website or own a website, there are some rules you have to follow:....
(a) You cannot submit the same work you send us to another site or have it on yours unless you state on both pages the work is duplicated
(b) You cannot slack off on handing us work just because you have another site to deal with.

If you break the rules, you will be given a warning and on the second warning you are fired. Whether the Webmaster definitely decides to fire you or not depends how seriously you broke a rule or what rule/s you broke.
