Each character has an ultimate weapon which usually has an attack power of around 93-99. Here is a list of where they all are and when you can get them.

1. Cloud - The Ultima Weapon is obtained by beating The Ultimate Weapon. For help doing this, refer to the Weapon Bosses page.
NB; With this sword, the more HP you have, the stronger it is. So, HP-9999 = Attack Power-9999!

2. Barrett - When you parachute back into Midgar, work your way through the sewers etc. and eventually, after fighting the big machine, you will come to a staircase. Halfway up, there is a chest with Missing Score in it. To get it, you need Barrett in your party because he says something like "Oh wow! Could it be?..." But, if you want to, then you can use the save point to change characters if you don't want to fight Hojo with Barrett.

3. Tifa - On Disc 3, go back to Midgar (see below) and go through the slums until you reach wall market. Do you remember the item shop with the minigun that tried to shoot you on Disc One? Go back in and the machine will give you Premium Heart.

4. Aeris - When you enter the room with the clock at The Temple of the Ancients, enter the door marked IIII (or IV) and there will be a chest containing Princess Guard.

5. Cait Sith - When you parachute back into Midgar, go to the 64th floor of the Shinra building and search the Gym Lockers. Along with some other items, you will find HP Shout
NB; This can only be done when you parachute in, not by finding the key to Midgar on Disc 3 because the pipe you climb u p (on disc 1) at the top of Wall Market has gone.

6. Yuffie - Go to The Sunken wreck offshore of the Gold Saucer. Go into Generator Room, get the 2x-cut materia and in the adjacent corner , hidden by an object, you will find Conformer.

7. Cid - In Rocket Town, talk to the man who gave you Yoshiyuki (a sword for Cloud earlier in the game) about 4 times and he will give you Venus Gospel

8. Vincent - When you get his Level 4 Limit Break, in Lucrecia's Cave, (see above) also get Death Penalty while you're there.

9. Nanaki - After going to The Lost Capital with Bugenhagen, go back to Cosmo Canyon with Nanaki in your party and Bugenhagen will be close to death. Talk to him and he will give you Limited Moon.
