A light engulfs Squall and he charges at Sephiroth.

Squall dodges Sephiroths first attack and counters with a slash of his own. Sephiroth quickly turns and to Squalls Surprise cuts right through his lionheart blade and slashs Squall on his face axactly where Seifer had given him a scar in training. Sephiroth continued attacking and Squall let out a scream after Sephiroth sliced his Masamune right through his wrist, chopping off his hand.

Sephiroth exclaims as he is about to slice Squalls head off: "Not a bad fight for a mortal!!"

Suddenly out of no where Cloud jumps in countering Sephiroths Ominslash with one of his own.

Squall looks up and watches in awe while clenching his wrist in pain: "What speed......and power!!!" he says while watching Cloud counter and parry everyone of Sephiroths attacks, while still finding ways to attack back.

Cloud: "I'm going to finish the job this time Sephiroth!!!"

Sephiroth: "Me.....be killed by a puppet......I think not!"

Sephiroth swings his mighty masamune attempting to cut Clouds throat open, but Cloud ducks and attempts to trip Sephiroth, but he just calmly floats up.

Sephiroth: "I enjoyed this little playtime, but the world is just waiting to die."

Cloud: "Tell me Sephiroth......how did you survive the first time?"

Sephiroth: "Easy....I used this handy amulet Shinra gave me"

Cloud: "S***........"

Sephiroth: "You won't win next time puppet......I don't need meteor to destroy this world anymore.....I can do it myself!"

Sephiroth flys away.....

Cloud runs over to Squall who is bleeding excessively, he wraps a peice of Squall's torn fur jacket around his decapitated wrist.

Squall: "How.....how did you.....keep up with him?......You did it like it was childs play!"

Cloud: "I'll talk to you about that later, but right now we need to get you to a hospital in Mideel.

Squall: "How is Cid?"
