"Hey," Irvine said giving her a peck on her cheek.
"Selphie, what's wrong? Is something bothering you?" asked Irvine.
"It's nothing," Selphie said, putting on a cheerful smile.
�Hey. I think I�m going to take a nap,� Selphie replied walking into her room. An hour later, Selphie woke up and saw that Seifer had left. Selphie decided to visit Irvine. She walked toward his dorm. Selphie knocked on his door. No answer.
�Irvine?� Selphie asked softly. She put her ear to the door to his dorm. She could hear moans. A girl�s moan. Selphie froze. She ran away from there, crying. She ran outside and sank down to the ground. She cried and cried.
Seifer walked outside to get some fresh air and enjoy the night sky. Seifer saw Selphie on the ground, crying. Seifer walked over and sat next to her.
�Hey, what�s wrong?� Seifer asked Selphie softly. Selphie looked up and saw Seifer. She looked back down.
�Nothing,� came Selphie muffled reply.
�I know when it�s nothing and this is not nothing. Selphie, what�s wrong?� Seifer asked her.
�Irvine,� Selphie replied.
�What about him?� Seifer asked.
�I caught him cheating,� Selphie started crying again. She felt an arm around her and saw that the arm was Seifer�s.
�Hey, you deserved better than that cowboy,� Seifer told her. That made Selphie feels much better. She giggled. It was getting dark and she was getting cold. Seifer noticed her shivering. Seifer took off his coat and gave it to Selphie. Selphie took it willing and wore it.
�Thanks,� Selphie said. Seifer nodded. Selphie snuggled deeper inside the coat. It smelled like Seifer. Seifer lay on the ground. Selphie looked down at him. He was staring at the stars. Selphie bent over and kissed him. This time, Seifer was surprised. Selphie pulled her head back and blushed slightly. Seifer sat up. He turns her face so that she faced him and he kissed her. Selphie blushed even more but then kissed him back. Seifer lay back on the ground like before. Selphie lay down too and snuggled next to him.
�Selphie, wanna go back?� Seifer asked.
�No. Let�s stay here,� Selphie replied. After a while, Selphie fell asleep. Seifer looked down and smirked to himself. He picked her up and carried her back to their dorm. Selphie woke and leaned her head against his chest and fell asleep once more.
Selphie woke up in the morning. She had Seifer�s coat. She got up and took a shower. Selphie walked to Seifer�s dorm. She saw that he was still sleeping. She went into the room and turned off his alarm clock before it rang. �He looked so cute sleeping there� Selphie thought. She left his coat in his room before going to the quad to finish up the stuff she had to do there. �How can I get the stage like last year�s?� Selphie pondered. �Last year the FH technician did the stage. Maybe they could do that again his year� Selphie thought �It couldn�t hurt to try� Selphie started putting decorations up.
�Damn! My alarm didn�t go off,� Seifer said. He got and took a quick shower. He noticed that his coat was hanging off his chair. He put it on and quickly walked to the quad.
�Sorry Selphie, my alarm didn�t go off,� Seifer said
�That�s because I turned it off,� Selphie said with a cheery smile.
�Why�d you do that?� Seifer asked.
�You looked so peaceful sleeping there and I didn�t want anything to disturbed you,� Selphie said with a cute smile. Seifer smirked. �He looked so hot with that smirk� Selphie thought.
�We have to decorate the Quad and make the tickets. Oh yeah! I was thinking that maybe the FH technicians could do the stage again this year. It couldn�t hurt to try,� Selphie said, �I was thinking that we could go and ask them today.� Seifer nodded and helped put up the decorations.
�When are we going,� Seifer asked when they finish putting the decorations.
�Right now!� Selphie said jumping off the ladder and ran toward the exit. Seifer followed her at a slower pace. He found Selphie already in the car. Seifer got in. The FH technicians were willing to do it on one condition. They wanted tickets to the festivals. Selphie agreed and they headed back.
Today was the day of the field exam. Selphie wished Seifer good luck. Seifer could manage a feeble smile before getting onto the ship. Seifer was very nervous. Selphie really wished that Seifer would pass. Selphie was almost as nervous as Seifer looked. She waved at the ship until it disappeared. Quistis was on the ship too. Selphie left the area and went to her dorm. She tried to find a kind of design for the tickets for the festival.
