Need for Oracle investment banking & treasury systems; Integration of legacy mainframe banking systems;

 

Tasks:

Build team; Implement IS plans; Resource major projects; Deploy infrastructure; Manage information systems function of circa 100 developers & support staff to deliver systems on time / on budget.

 

Actions:

(1) Complete IS plan, project plan & business case;

(2) Resource projects [people, money, infrastructure];

(3) Manage development project teams / groups;

(4) Direct infrastructure, legacy and solution integration projects;

(5) Conduct project & programme direction & quality assurance;
