Trees - Dallas

So, we played our first real show.  A battle of the bands to be on Buzz-Oven 4.  We tied for first, but lost in a tie-breaking vote among the judges, so all we got was the money.  We put on a pretty good show, I'd say, although we were really sloppy for the most part.  Greg and I were wearing sea captain costumes, and Mike wore a "potato raisin" costume, that he now owns.  Heh.  Mac instigated some audience basketball.  And the "woo!" on To Sara pt. 2 went nicely.  Mike's bass wasn't working on Flash Man, though, and my guitar was out of tune, so that was a mini-disaster.  I'd say the highlights of the set were Greased Jesi and Apologie (which I dedicated to the guys from Chomsky, who were standing in the back).
