Aust Champion Peerielee Pastiche CDX "Amber"
Amber was my first real showdog. She gained her Australian Championship Title at 5 1/2 years old but she really excelled herself in the obedience ring, winning many place awards along the way. One of the most exciting moments I had with Amber was when she competed in the open class at Sydney Royal Easter Show and was only 2 points short of gaining a pass. Even though it was short I was just as proud of her performance considering the crowd and noise that could have put her off doing anything. I will never forget that day. I lost Amber 26 days short of her 14th birthday. It was one of the saddest days of my life, when I found her gone on the back step, at the back door. SHE WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN. |

Aust Champion Nantiki Look At Me "Pixie"
Pixie was Pebbles mum. She was a great show girl, winning many Class in Group, Runner up in Group and Class in Show awards. She was mysteriously taken from us back in 1996 and to this day have no idea where she went. We had some ideas what happened but we couldn't prove it. I know that she is somewhere up in doggy heaven watching over us and one day hopefully we will meet again. |

Aust Champion Filial Forget Me Not "Pebbles"
Pebbles is my only surviving Shetland Sheepdog. She was our one and only in the litter so we had to keep her. At nearly 10 years old she is now retired from the show ring and is a much loved pet here at Filial. She also did well in the Breed ring with sweepstakes and class in group wins. She loves the Beardies and sometimes thinks she is a beardie and bounces around just like they do. She is not afraid of bigger breeds and just loves life. She will always be in our hearts. It will be a sad time when our Pebbly as she is known has to leave us for greener pastures |
