Ian Drennan - Bass / Vocals / Mang to end all Mangs
Riad Azar - Drums / Percussion / Mang of the Century
Fiji Animals were formed in the fall of 2003 in Ridgewood New Jersey.
Originally with Ben on guitar, Seb on keyboard, and Riad on drums.
Less than a week prior to their first show, Alex joined on bass.
The band played many shows in their hometown of Ridgewood and surrounding towns. They
self released their 9 song debut album "The Birth Of Tropico" in
May of 2004. That summer, Seb left to band to attend college in England
which resulted in a member change within the band. Alex moved from bass
to guitar and Ian Drennan was added on bass. The band has since left behind
their older material and continues to play shows with their new sound.
