LAY-AWAY is an option open to all customers: 30 day period $1.00 per item. Payment must be recieved by the 30th day or your order will be terminated. All prices are non-negotiable and stay as stands. Please do NOT make an order if you are not willing to pay. This is your 1st and ONLY warning. If order is made and you do not pay, you are no longer welcomed to purchase from FIGURES OF WRESTLING & recieve great prices on the BEST wrestling figures ever. Shipping rates will vary with each item and additional items (refer to shipping rates). Payments accepted and only accepted by FoW are checks registering through a US bank (must clear before shipment), money order (international money orders if you're outside the US), and well concealed US cash (at your risk - not ours). We do not return change (ex. order is $4.49, you give us $5.00 we keep the additional change), as it will be interpreted as a donation to the "Sending Nathan To Wrestling School" fund. If you wish to pay exact change, we recommend check or money orders as any change left over from cash-made payments, will be kept for FoW.
REFUNDS: .... All sales are final! Please do not ask for exchanges or your money back. We do offer insurance to all our shipments, in the case of lost/stolen/damaged items before/during shipping. Remember, FoW is NOT responsible in the event your items are indeed lost/stolen/damaged, we can claim your insurance and refund you the subtotal from your order. We cannot refund shipping amount due to the fact that the shipping expense has already been made. That is the only refund we offer.
ABOUT eBAY ITEMS: .... Once you've confirmed an order to purchase an item from FoW here at full price, I will immediately remove the listing from eBay, granted if it's up there (as I list items from this online store every week). Remember, once you make your order, you MUST pay for that particular item or else you will no longer be welcomed to purchase from FoW! Shipping rates are still the exact same on eBay listed items, as they are on the site here. All rules apply on all eBay purchases, you have 14 days to send payment to FoW or you will be given negative feedback & expelled from buying from FoW.
FIGURES OF WRESTLING and it's images are trademarked under the grand company, DOMINATE INDUSTRIES, and are patent under law. Any infrindgement and/or piracy act (such as using the FoW name and/or it's logo and/or it's images) will result in a $2,000 fine. Failure to pay infrindgement fine will then result with a summons inside a court of law within the United States of America.
