In 1998
I loaded up my "evil X" and our two girls of three and one years of age into a busted down "Dodge" mini-van. We had a grand total 0f $50 bucks in our pockets and we drove away from a 3 bdrm suburban in exchange for tents and the wide open roads of America. It was a good time, it was the worst time, it was f**kin' insane.
Some weeks later after being stranded in the "Rockies" briefly we found ourselves at a truck-stop somewhere in Colorado making an emergy pit-stop to tend to our youngest girl who had convieniently came down with a case of the Hershey Squirts. I noticed this guy that looked as if he was trippin' ballz, so out of curiosity and boredom I began to shoot the shit with him. He told me that he was on his way to a "Rainbow Family" gathering in northwest AZ. So we followed a rainbow to Arizona. Check it out
HERE! We had a rightious time and met some interesting folks. It is at this point that it gets a little hazy. I'm not sure if we ran out of gas or what, but we ended up living in a small town in the White Mountains of Arizona for over five years. Well I did at least. My "evil X" stole our daughters, which numbered in 3 by this time, and took off with everything we owned to run back home 2 "Daddy". It was the most horrible thing that ever happened to me when I lost my beatiful girlz and family (they were my bestest friends), but it was the best thing that ever happened when my "evil X" (that skank) left. It all caused a "Twisted" turn of events that lead up to me meeting the love of my life, and perhaps the happiest time of my life. I found my heart in under the Arizona sun, and I left it there in a small town with a very special girl named Jessica.
