1) What is the quality of your fights and career sets?

       We recently cleaned up our entire catalog and upgraded all of our sets to the highest quality available. We do not sell bad quality sets like the ones being sold on eBay. Our sets have professional menus, are chaptered, and are high quality. You will not be disappointed.

2) Are DVDs shipped in DVD Cases, Jewel Cases, Sleeves, etc?

All of our DVDs are mailed out in high quality protective sleeves. We do not ship in DVD cases anymore as we had problems with discs coming loose during shipping and getting scratched.

3) Do your sets/dvds come with artwork?

Our dvds do not come with any artwork; we choose to leave that up to the customer. Since we eliminate the dvd cases and artwork, we offset those expenses and are able to provide you with lower prices for the actual dvd sets.

4) How can I pay for my order?  What type of payments do you accept?

You can pay with any major credit card and/or Paypal. You can use the shopping cart and you can pay with Paypal or with a credit card. I also accept Money Orders and/or cashiers checks. PLEASE EMAIL ME TO MAILING INFORMATION. Also, as an incentive, if you pay by money order, you will receive free shipping on your order.

5) Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world. We ship International orders via Global Priority Mail. Please note International shipping takes 4-6 business days and sometimes packages are held by Customs which may delay shipping.


6) Do you offer custom orders where I can pick the fights I want and have them put on a DVD?

Unfortunately we do not offer custom services as we specialize in Career Sets. However, we are entertaining the idea of starting a customize service in the future.

7) I want a set you don't have. Can you acquire it for me?

Definitely. If you don't see a Career Set you want, simply email me and we will do our best to acquire that set for you.

8) Will you be willing to sell your sets for a lower price?

All prices are final and non negotiable. Please do not ask for a lower price on sets as the price is what it states on the website. Our sets are already heavily discounted compared to the competition so asking us to lower the price will not happen.

9) Do you offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee or refund?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any money back guarantee anymore and that is due to people buying sets, copying them, and then returning them for a refund. All of our sets are of high quality and we do not put something up for sale we wouldn't buy ourselves. So please buy with confidence.

We will however replace any faulty/defective discs at no extra charge to you. If a dvd doesn't play or is giving you trouble, we will replace it, just email us and we will send you a replacement.

10) Are you open to trade?

We are always looking to acquire more fights for our catalog. If you feel you have something we may want or if you just want to give us a list of what you have, please feel free.
