Russian Twist Bar Holder
The Russian Twist is an excellent exercise. There are specialized devises to hold the bar and allow you to twist it. They are however expensive. You can use a corner of a room. Unfortunately, I didn't have one available, so I made one. It works excellent. It can be used for Russian Twists, one and two arm pushes, bent rows, and a variety of other exercises. It is an excellent sports training device. I have had no problem at all with the bar slipping or moving, even with high speed twists.
