Reverse Hyper Ideas

The first idea works well for non-weighted reverse hypers. Place a swiss ball on a incline bench. Stand at the end of the bench, bend over the ball, and grab the back of the bench. You can also do it with light weights, either ankle weights or weights attached with a belt to your ankles. I don't recommend it for weights beyond about 30 pounds.

The second method works great, if you have a power rack or as pictured, a 1/2 rack. Place a 2X12 on the weight suporters. I use a thick couch pillow, I found at the dumpster, for a pad. This isn't pictured. Weight can be added if you have a pulley attachement available. This is picture using a belt to hold the weight around the ankles. Heavy leather belts with lots of adustment holes are very handy. I get mine at the Goodwill. This setup allows you to use quite a bit of weight.
