Medicine Ball Rebounder
I enjoy working with medicine balls, unfortunately I rarely have a training partner available. For a long time I considered purchasing a medicine ball rebounder. With an average cost of five hundred dollars, I just couldn't justify the expense. While useful, it is also a very specialized device.
After some thought, I came up with an idea to improvise one. By using a power rack or half rack, the rebounder could be adjusted to any desired angle. As you can see by the picture, I set a two by four on the power rack at the desired height. The board is held in place by two shock cords. I also recommend padding the board with a little carpet and covering it with duct tape. This prevents the loss of small pieces of wood from the shock of the ball hitting the trampoline.

Trampolines are widely available on the used market. I got mine, for five dollars, from the Goodwill. Simply poke a small hole in the rubber covering and attach shock cords, to the board. Note: The angle in the photo is a bit high. I usually use about a forty five degree angle. The photo were taken, in a hurry, on a non-workout day. Be sure to experiment with the angle, using light tosses!
