How to Make a Grip Machine
I would like to thank Michael Borck for contributing the pictures and design of the grip machine. The pictures are fairly self explanatory. It is an excellent design. If I didn't already have two grip machines, its the design I would use. Not only is it possible to make the standard grip machine, but by angling the bars and putting the weight on one side or the other, it would be easy to simulate the Hardy Handshake or the Secret Weapon.
